How it Works
The process is straightforward. You make an appointment, fill out our intake form online, meet with a Stretch Therapist to express your needs, and devise a personalized plan. Our health and wellness plans offer Assisted Stretch therapy sessions to meet your goals. Our team is here to help you whether you are looking for full-body relaxation to ease daily stress, recharge your body after a challenging workout, or meet your goals of increasing flexibility and function. All of our Stretch Center MS locations offer a FREE 50-minute consultation, which includes a 3D Motion Capture and Biometrics Analysis, an Assisted Stretch Session, a Percussive Massage, and a Zero Gravity Massage Session to our first-time visitors that will leave you feeling younger, more flexible and moving with increased freedom. Your Stretch Therapist will assist you in deciding how long and frequent your follow-up stretch sessions should be based on your goals and baseline evaluation.
